Motion & Drives

We use servo drives to solve complex applications in both testing technology and classic automation technology. We use servo drives from various manufacturers – our customers are involved in the choice of manufacturer right from the start. As a system partner of Bosch Rexroth, we integrate the servo drives with OpenCore engineering or ctrlX in LabView or as real-time applications with cRIO and PXI systems from National Instruments.

Servo drives support us in the following applications, among others:

  • Load application in the speed and torque control as a simulation of the test load for evaluation or long-term testing,
  • dynamic load simulation as force or torque, in which load profiles are run via real-time coupled servo axes.

The load profiles can be varied by the operator on the PC, with the torque or force control taking place as a closed control loop.
