We are SPIE KAT GmbH, based in Haßfurt. As a medium-sized family business in the Lower Franconian region, we have been developing and implementing innovative automation, measurement and testing technology as well as control cabinet construction for the regional, national and international market for twenty years. Long-standing customers worldwide value our individual, complete solutions from a single source.

SPIE KAT GmbH was founded in 1996 by Dipl.-Ing. Ingbert Kraus, who built up the company with great commitment and laid the foundation for what we are today: a reliable service company with a satisfied customer base that is valued both at home and abroad!

With the growth of SPIE KAT GmbH, the company moved to a modern new building of 600 m² on Ottostraße in the Haßfurt industrial estate in 2000.

Since 2007, Stefan Besendorf, Dipl.-Ing. (FH), and Silvia Kraus-Besendorf have been successfully running the family business in the second generation – true to the company motto:

SPIE KAT GmbH relies on concentrated team competence with flat hierarchies and a high degree of personal responsibility for each individual employee This means we can guarantee absolute adherence to deadlines, flexibility and constant availability. In 2002, our commitment was recognized with the DIN ISO 9001-2015 certificate.

In the coming years, we want to continue to impress our customers as a team with innovative solutions and to maintain our business relationships in the long term.
